7 de mar. de 2022 · Oscar Levant was a 20th-century pianist, composer, and interpreter of his famous best friend George Gershwin’s work after Gershwin’s untimely death in the late 30s. He wrote pop songs, including the jazz standard “Blame It on My Youth,” starred on a radio call-in show called “Information Please”, and was an unofficial member of the Algonquin Round Table in the 30s.
