Pauline Clementine Marie Walburga Fürstin von Metternich-Winneburg zu Beilstein, geborene Gräfin Sándor von Szlavnicza, (* 25. Februar 1836 in Wien; † 28. September 1921 ebenda) war eine österreichische Salonnière , die vor allem in Paris und Wien wirkte.
Selon certaines hypothèses, il s'agirait d'un portrait de Marie-Antoinette von Leykham que le prince Clément Wenceslas Metternich épousa, en seconde noce, en 1827. Il semble cependant plus probable que le modèle de ce portrait soit la princesse Clémentine de Metternich, fille aînée du prince de Metternich et de sa première femme, Elélonore von Kaunitz.
She married her uncle Richard von Metternich and they merged their surnames to 'Metternich-Sándor'. They modernized the kitchens and introduced gas lightning. The last owner of the family was their youngest daughter, princess Clementine von Metternich-Sandor (1870–1963).
