30 de jun. de 2023 · Despite attending The Ethical Culture School, Oppenheimer was never educated on the Fieldston campus (the first graduation was 1928). Considering when the Fieldston campus was built, Robert’s younger brother, Frank Oppenheimer, would’ve been in the first graduating class to set foot on the campus.

The second project was the founding of the first free kindergarten in the United States, and in 1880 the Workingman’s School was chartered. In 1895, the School was reorganized, becoming The Ethical Culture School. An upper school, The Fieldston School, was added in 1928.
