Biografía. La actriz Alexandrea Borstein nació el 15 de febrero de 1971 en Chicago, Illinois, Estados Unidos. Estudió en la Universidad de San Francisco en California y tomó clases de actuación en el ACME Comedy Theater, donde empezó a escribir junto a su compañero y su futuro esposo, Jackson Douglas, de quien se divorció en 2014.
