Gonville and Caius College (souvent simplement désigné en Angleterre par « Caius » ; pron. [ˈkiːz]) est un des 31 collèges de l’université de Cambridge au Royaume-Uni, fondé en 1348 par Edmund Gonville et à nouveau en 1557 par John Caius.

History and Politics is anchored in a first-year paper called ‘Evidence and Argument’ in which Caius Fellows play a central role. ‘History and Modern Languages’ picks up on long-standing interest in early modern and modern European history at the college, including attention to histories of Italy, Germany and France.

Since 1996 it has been housed in the 19th-century Grade 1 listed Cockerell Building, originally the University Library.
Caius normally admits about six students a year in Computer Science. We have three Fellows in the subject and many others in cognate disciplines. Timothy Jones is a Professor of Computer Architecture and Compilation and one of our Directors of Studies, the other being Dr Russell Moore , a College Lecturer with research interests in Natural Language Processing.
Caius has a large and thriving community of some 280 postgraduate students who come to Cambridge from all over the world. We’re always delighted when our own undergraduates stay on to do further study with us, but most of our postgraduates come to us from other universities, including a large number from overseas.
