Le général Constand Laubscher Viljoen, né le 28 octobre 1933 à Standerton ( Transvaal) et mort le 3 avril 2020 à Ohrigstad ( Mpumalanga ), est un militaire et un homme politique sud-africain, chef des forces de défense d'Afrique du Sud de 1980 à 1985, fondateur du Front de la liberté et membre du parlement de 1994 à 2001.
Constand Viljoen (Standerton, 28 oktober 1933 – Ohrigstad, 3 april 2020) was een Zuid-Afrikaans militair en politicus. Viljoen was deel van een eeneiige tweeling. Omdat er onvoldoende geld was om beide broers te laten verder studeren, nam Constand Viljoen dienst in het leger terwijl zijn tweelingbroer Abraham (Braam) theologie ging studeren in Pretoria en dominee werd.

Constand Viljoen was born on 28 October 1933 in Standerton, Mpumalanga Province. He matriculated in Standerton High School in 1951. He joined the South African Defence Force and obtained the degree B.Sc (B. Mil) at the University of Pretoria in 1955. From 1956 he served as an officer in the South African Defence Force.
