William de Warenne, V Conde de Surrey (f. 27 de mayo de 1240) era hijo de Hamelin de Warenne e Isabel, hija de William de Warenne, III conde de Surrey. [1] [2] Su padre Hamelin le concedió el manor de Appleby, en North Lincolnshire.
