The plot is more episodic than it should be, with the film starting with Doktor sneaking into England to arrange the assassination of Lord Kitchener.

Fräulein Doktor wurde 1967/68 in Jugoslawien auf Englisch gedreht und kam am 24. Januar 1969 in die italienischen Kinos. Deutschlandpremiere war am 3. April 1969. Am 30.
