It is operated as a Royal Charter Corporation, which is a charitable trust whose trustees are the school’s governors. The school licenses the Harrow name to a number of schools in Asia.

The Learning Skills department is an integral department at Harrow, supporting all of the academic and pastoral departments within the School. It currently consists of 4 teachers and 1 administrator.
