Hace 3 días · Early life. Yale was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to David Yale (1613–1690), a wealthy Boston merchant and attorney to Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick, and Ursula Knight; he was the grandson of Ann Yale (born Lloyd), daughter of Bishop George Lloyd.

At this time the Yorkist faction had gained control of London, and regained custody of Henry VI, but in the New Year the Lancastrians swept south. The Earl of Warwick was defeated at the second Battle of St Albans, and Henry VI was reunited with his wife and their son.
