14 de may. de 2024 · Trinity College Dublin has announced that it will divest from Israeli companies and establish a task force to review ties with Israeli academic institutions, following pressure from its students and employees. Commenting on the college’s historic announcement, Academia for Palestine (AFP) TCD welcomed the move.

It was originally intended that Trinity College would be the first of many constituent colleges of the University of Dublin, but none of them have been established.

He will take up the position of President of Trinity College Oxford on 1 September 2025, succeeding Dame Hilary Boulding, who has held the role since August 2017 and will complete her term of office at the end of August 2025.
