Alexandre Félix Joseph Ribot (født 7. februar 1842 i Saint-Omer, Pas-de-Calais, død 13. januar 1923 i Paris) var en fransk statsmand. Ribot blev tidlig sagfører i Paris og var fra 1872 i en årrække sekretær i "Selskabet for sammenlignende lovgivning".
