Click here to see a photo of Marie Louise taken earlier that year. Marie Louise is buried in the Imperial Crypt of the Capuchin Church in Vienna, along with other Habsburg family members.

Charles-René de Bombelles (6 November 1784–30 May 1856) was a French emigré nobleman who served in the Austrian army during the Napoleonic Wars, and was Grand Chamberlain to Marie Louise, the second wife of Napoleon and former Empress of France, as Duchess of Parma. He later became her morganatic husband.
She gave birth to a son, who succeeded the emperor as Napoleon II. After Napoleon’s exile to Elba, she was handed over the Duchies of Parma, Piacenza and Guastalla. After Napoleon died in 1821, she married Count Adam Albert von Neipperg, an equerry. Her third husband was her chamberlain, Count Charles-René de Bombelles.
