There is a memorial on the east wall over the altar of Elstow Abbey also known as St. Mary and St. Helena Church with effigies of Isabel and her second husband Sir Humphrey Radcliffe who was the son of Robert Radcliffe, 1st Earl of Sussex and Elizabeth Stafford, Countess of Sussex.
Dorothy Stafford. Elizabeth Stafford, also known as Dame Elizabeth Drury and – in the years prior to her death in 1599 – Dame (Lady) Elizabeth Scott, [1] [2] was a Lady of the Bedchamber to Queen Elizabeth I. She and her first husband, Sir William Drury, entertained Queen Elizabeth I at Hawstead in 1578.
Elizabeth Stafford's only paternal aunt was Margaret Dayrell who was wife to James Tuchet, 7th Baron Audley. Her maternal uncles included (among others) Anthony Woodville, 2nd Earl Rivers, Richard Woodville, 3rd Earl Rivers and Lionel Woodville, Bishop of Salisbury.
Elizabeth rimase sotto la custodia di sua madre fino al proprio matrimonio.
