De band bestond uit Roland Gift, David Steele en Andy Cox. De naam van de band was afgeleid van de film All the Fine Young Cannibals, met Natalie Wood en Robert Wagner .
8 de dic. de 2006 · This is my first Fine Young Cannibals CD and I love every song. The well known ones are on here like Good Thing, She drives me Crazy but all the others I like just as much if not more. Most of the other selections I'm puzzled that they did hit the top of the charts in their day as well. Roland Gift has a voice that is so unique, mellow and jazzy.
