Sigurd Syr Halfdansson (sometimes spelled "Halvdansson") (c. 970-1018) was a petty king in Northern Ostlandet of Norway. The traditional view of his pedigree has been that he was a great-grandson of Harald I of Norway, however this is questioned by recent historians and genealogists.

He was called Hardrade, that is, the severe counsellor, the tyrant, though the Icelanders never applied this epithet to him. Harald helped the Icelanders in the famine of A.D. 1056, and sent them timber for a church at Thingvol.

12 de nov. de 2019 · Loge nr. 86 Sigurd Syr ble stiftet 10. november 1973, og har idag ca. 60 medlemmer. Vi møtes hver 2. og 4. tirsdag i måneden, og er en loge for menn. Våre medlemmer kommer i hovedsak fra Ringerike, Hole og Hadeland. Det er avslappende å sette seg i logesalen og la mange gode inntrykk falle inn og trenge bort stress, kav og mas fra hverdagen.
