Jean-Baptiste Bessières (født 6. august 1768 i Prayssac, Cahors i Lot, Frankrike, død 1. mai 1813 ved Rippach, Lützen i Sachsen i Tyskland) var marskalk av Frankrike i Napoleonstiden. Han deltok i flere deler av Napoleonskrigene rett før og på begynnelsen av 1800-tallet , frem til han falt på slagmarken i 1813.

Napoleon oversaw his inheritance, settled most of his debts, and looked out for the future of his children. Bessières then joined the Egyptian campaign, where he excelled during the siege of Saint-Jean d’Acre (20 March-21 May 1799) and at the Battle of Aboukir (25 July 1799). He stuck close to Bonaparte, returning with him to France in August 1799, where he was soon to participate in the coup of Brumaire.
