In a rare 1987 interview, Hepburn herself was recorded talking about the tremor.
Margaret Houghton (Hepburn) Perry (1920-2006), a librarian. Katharine died on 17 Mar 1951 in W. Hartford, Hartford, Connecticut at the age of 73 after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage.
