But when Ray O'Malley (Bill Paxton), her leather-trousered former lover, starts sniffing around to discover her whereabouts, Nick's fragile little fantasy world threatens to pop like a bubble.
A top surgeon is besotted with a beautiful woman who once ditched him. Unable to come to terms with life without her, he tries to convince her that they need each other. She has other ideas, but a horrific accident leaves her at his mercy. The plot is bizarre and perhaps sick at times, ending abruptly and with a twist. — Rob Hartill.

No Two Moon Junction marathon would be complete without also watching Boxing Helena, I consider it the older, kinkier sister of the TMJ movies. The biggest problem this movie has is that it’s simply too ahead of its time for 1993, if it were made today by A24 then film snobs would be creaming their jeans over it.
