21 de oct. de 2017 · Brent Mydland always saw himself as the new guy on keyboards for the Grateful Dead. He held that keyboard position longer than anyone before or since, but could never rid himself of the feeling of not completely belonging in the group.

27 de jul. de 1990 · SAN FRANCISCO, JULY 26 -- Brent Mydland, 38, the keyboard player for the rock band Grateful Dead, was found dead today in his home in Lafayette, a suburb 25 miles east of San Francisco.
16 de oct. de 2014 · Pigpen, Tom Constanten, Ned Lagin, Keith Godchaux, Brent Mydland, Bruce Hornsby, Vince Welnick. I don’t think Ned was ever counted as an actual band member, but he did play with them both onstage and in studio, so I’m adding him to the list.
