Henry Pelham (Londen, 25 september 1694 - Londen, 6 maart 1754) was een Brits Whig-politicus en eerste minister van Groot-Brittannië van 1743 tot zijn overlijden in 1754. In diezelfde periode was hij ook Chancellor of the Exchequer (minister van Financiën).
Henry Pelham fue un estadista whig británico que se desempeñó como primer ministro de Gran Bretaña desde 1743 hasta su muerte en 1754. Era el hermano menor de Thomas Pelham-Holles, primer duque de Newcastle, quien sirvió en el gobierno de Pelham y lo sucedió como primer ministro.
