Marie of Brandenburg-Kulmbach (14 October 1519–31 October 1567) was a Princess of Brandenburg-Kulmbach and by marriage Electress Palatine. Marie was the oldest child of the Margrave Casimir of Brandenburg-Kulmbach (1481–1527) from his marriage with Susanna of Bavaria (1502–1543), daughter of Duke Albert IV of Bavaria.

On 14 October 1519, she gave birth to her first child, Marie of Brandenburg-Kulmbach. Via this daughter, Susanna became an ancestress of King George I of Great Britain and the House of Hanover. Susanna and Casimir had five children: Marie of Brandenburg-Kulmbach, married Elector Palatine Frederick (1519–1576) in 1537.
