塞缪尔·泰勒·柯勒律治（英語： Samuel Taylor Coleridge / ˈ k oʊ l ə r ɪ dʒ / ，1772年10月21日—1834年7月25日） 是一位英国诗人、文学评论家、哲学家和神学家，他与朋友威廉·华兹华斯是英国浪漫主义运动的创始人和湖畔诗人的成员，成名作为《古舟子咏》《忽必烈汗》和《文学传记》。
Samuel Taylor Coleridge was an English poet and one of the most influential writers of the Romanticism movement. He was born in Devonshire, England, in October of 1772. After his father died, Coleridge moved to London, where he studied at Christ’s Hospital School. While there, he accumulated a large debt that followed him for his entire life.
Samuel Taylor Coleridge was born in 1772, the tenth and youngest child of the schoolmaster of the country town of Ottery St Mary. After the death of his father he attended Christ’s Hospital School: ‘I was reared / In the great city, pent mid cloisters dim / And saw nought lovely but the sky and stars.’ (‘Frost at Midnight’)
