I noticed an interesting thing. Usually when there are framerate dips there a whole sort of issues like slowdown and sound crackling. But playing this game I came across a situations (usually it was during "interactive" cutscenes) where there was no slowmo or sound crackling, though framerate could be at higher 30s or even lower.
