28 de nov. de 2011 · Michel Joseph Maunoury, né à Maintenon (Eure-et-Loir) le 17 décembre 1847 et décédé en 1923, est un maréchal de France. Il est fils d'un docteur en médecine. Issu de la promotion 1867 de l'École polytechnique, il devient officier d’artillerie. Sous-lieutenant élève à l'École d'application de l'artillerie et du génie en 1869.
