Hace 6 días · In 1708 Sir Richard Grosvenor married Jane Wyndham, daughter of Sir Edward Wyndham of Orchard Wyndham in Somerset. In return for a marriage portion of £12,000 he agreed to make a new settlement of the estates in his possession and of those in which his mother had a life interest, in part to secure a jointure for his wife.

He engaged in the rebellion of 1715 and is said to have been attainted, but no forfeiture of title, apparently followed. He married Mary, daughter of Donald MacDonald of Castleton.
