10 de may. de 2024 · The victim, identified as Earl William Smith from Clinton, was involved in a collision on Norbeck Road early in the morning. Smith’s vehicle had been disabled in the median after hitting a sign, and he was struck by a black BMW while in the roadway. The driver of the BMW stayed at the scene, and Smith was sadly pronounced dead on-site.
