  4. Hace 5 días · I changed the timecodes in Resolve to exactly match the ones Premiere showed. Everything worked OK in DaVinci since then. My AAF assembled just fine. I confess I was dumb not to keep the old TCs, and dumber not to calculate if the difference was constant. That´s because it was only 12 clips. So I will not be able to answer that.

Professional (and some prosumer) cameras all record video with embedded timecode, and it's generally frowned upon to have timecodes that start at 0:00:00:00. Many productions also record using ToD (time of day) timecode, which matches the "real" clock time that it was originally recorded.

  7. Hace 4 días · When I import an XML into Resolve and there are errors found such as mismatched timecodes Resolve creates a window simply called "Log" that has a summary of the errors found. The problem I am having is that I can't seem to copy and paste that info into a text file for later reference (I can copy a single cell in that Log file but not all the cells).
