IMO, the best value in steak is buying the entire loin at Costco. Prime is >$10/lb for strips and sirloins, >$15/lb for ribeye. Can confirm this is the way to go. Although prices are a little higher than mentioned here - in midtown I just got the strips for ~$12 a lb for the entire loin. Still, phenomenal deal.
