Filmed in the 90's when as I recall Tom Baker was in a show called Medics, and he is dressed like a Medical Consultant, no scarf or floppy hat. The premise unlike the other Doctor Who Years tapes is that as all of Tom's stories exist, he is shown a series of clips in transmission order and comments in his own style.
