When Anne Irvine was born on 14 January 1770, in Savannah, Chatham, Georgia, United States, her father, Dr. John Robert Irvine, was 27 and her mother, Ann Elizabeth Baillie, was 20. She married Captain James S Bulloch on 13 April 1786. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 4 daughters. She died in 1810, at the age of 40.
