The school hostel, comprising five boarding houses, accommodates a total of 323 students (60 Years 11 to 13 girls, 46 Year 9 boys, and 217 Years 10 to 13 boys), 28 percent of the school roll. It is owned by the Kings College Board of Trustees. The hostel owner has attested that all the requirements of the Hostel Regulations are met.

Welcome to King's There are approximately 1,200 pupils aged 11 to 18 in the senior school, including about 100 girls in the sixth form. The senior school is divided into the lower school (years 7-8), the middle school (years 9-11) and the sixth form (years 12-13).
King's College School London was founded by royal charter in 1829 as the junior department of King's College London, and was originally located in Strand. During the early Victorian period, the school grew in numbers and reputation and many early pupils became eminent in public affairs.
King’s College UK is over 140 years old at its current campus, but its roots can be traced back over 600 years to the 16th century.
