In the 4+1 BFA/MA program, it is possible for serious, focused, and organized undergraduate students to combine the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (majoring in Painting, Sculpture, Printmaking, or Graphic Design), with the Master of Arts in Art Education with Initial License degree, completing both courses of study in five years. Complete the application for graduate admission to the College of Fine Arts. Submit the non-refundable application fee of $95.
Students enrolled in the College of Fine Arts should consult with their professional advisor on degree and major requirements. Students may also consult with their faculty mentors, who can provide guidance in their respective areas of artistry. The CFA Director of Undergraduate Student Services can provide additional help with major requirements.
