Children are allocated a ‘substance’ to look after them, to guide them around the school, make them feel at home and introduce them to their friends. The purpose of the day is to give the child the opportunity to see what a typical school day looks like and for prospective parents and the School to assess the suitability of Cheam for the child.
Cheam has a dedicated staff team of teachers and operational staff who are child focused in their approach and work together to deliver the best education for every pupil.

Welcome to Pre-Prep. As Head of Pre-Prep my primary aim is to ensure that all the children in our care are happy at school and achieve their academic potential. I believe these two go hand-in-hand. We place a huge emphasis on ensuring the well-being of every child and on nurturing their individual talents and independence.
