Richard Cromwell (nacido como LeRoy Melvin Radabaugh; Long Beach, California, 8 de enero de 1910-Hollywood, 11 de octubre de 1960), también conocido como Roy Radabaugh, fue un actor estadounidense. Su carrera gozó de gran apogeo gracias a las películas Jezabel (1938), y Young Mr. Lincoln (1939).
