17 de oct. de 2019 · As someone who has sat through a lot of ‘Gone Girl’-lite films, ‘Strange but True’ is far from the bottom of the barrel; it sits perfectly in the middle. While the film loses itself in its narrative, the cast is definitely great, and it's worth checking out even just for the wild third act. - Chris dos Santos

Strange But True was an unbearable experience I wish it hadn't started. It's rare that I say this but I want the time I spend in this film back. It made me think about how important is for the director to find humanity and build the world around the characters. I believe that an audience re-builds the film's world and meaning during the screening.
