Not at all. She died in my run too from one of Raphael’s hellfire attacks. Funny enough I had a dialog option with a certain character that talked about Hope as if she was still alive. Award. Jamison904. • 9 mo. ago. It's just a side quest. It doesn't really impact the main storyline. Award.
Anyone know why Hope dies instantly? Act 3 - Spoilers. In the Raphael fight if you use the divine intervention ability she has, even if you keep Raphael outside of the area of effect she does instantly upon using it. I know that’s not what the spell does because shadowheart can use it just fine.
I keep trying to save hope, mostly because her story is sad and I want to give her some peace in life (or unlife). But no matter what I do she dies. I buffed her and kept her safe in a back area. and at the very end of the fight Raphael runs over to her and explodes killing her and all my pets. No idea how to keep her alive.
