Maurice Sarrail (6. huhtikuuta 1856 Carcassonne – 23. maaliskuuta 1929 Pariisi) oli ranskalainen kenraali, joka palveli ensimmäisen maailmansodan aikana. By August 1916, some 400,000 Allied soldiers from five different armies occupied the Salonika front. A unified command imposed itself and after long discussions, French General Maurice Sarrail was placed in command of all Allied forces at Salonika, although they retained right of appeal to their governments. Greece itself remained at first neutral.

SARRAIL, MAURICE PAUL EMMANUEL (1856-), French General, was born at Carcassonne (Aude) April 6 1856. He qualified for both St. Cyr, and the École Polytechnique but chose to enter the former. He passed out Oct. 1 1877 with the distinction of third place and was posted as a sub-lieutenant to the infantry.
