Edwin Manteuffel, Freiherr von (ĕt´vēn frī´hĕr fən män´toifəl), 1809–85, Prussian field marshal. He served in the Danish War (1864) and was appointed Prussian governor in conquered Schleswig.

He died on 17 June 1885 in Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic) while on a spa holiday. Edwin was the first cousin of German Minister President Otto von Manteuffel.
