Ernesto Luís I (em alemão: Ernst Ludwig Karl Albrecht Wilhelm; Darmstadt, 25 de novembro de 1868 – Langen, 9 de outubro de 1937), foi o último Grão-Duque de Hesse 1892 até 1918. Filho mais velho do grão-duque Luís IV de Hesse , e de sua esposa, a princesa Alice do Reino Unido , era neto materno da rainha Vitória do Reino Unido e do príncipe consorte Alberto .
