Thanks. It's not public. They are even sticklers for employees. Look into the joint use parks though idk about turf. I think it belongs to City College and San Diego high... It's open a lot of nights with sports leagues and whatnot, but that means it's obviously not available. When I went to school there it was pretty much always closed.
