Nederland. Friesland. Friens is een dorp in de gemeente Leeuwarden, in de Nederlandse provincie Friesland. Friens ligt tussen Grouw, Irnsum en Roordahuizum, en grofweg tussen de Kromme Grouw, de Moezel, de N354, het Zwin en de A32 . Friens heeft een open karakter en dorpskern. In 2023 telde het dorp 85 inwoners.
