KONTAKTE marca el primer trabajo electroacústico "en vivo" de Stockhausen en la versión con instrumentistas en vivo que lo acompañan. Originalmente planeado como un trabajo electroacústico con 4 artistas en vivo tocando partituras con algunos elementos aleatorios, finalmente se redujo a solo cinta, piano y percusión, con todas las partes en vivo completamente anotadas.

The album is due for release on 15 Oct 2019 on the ‘all that dust’ label, a new independent recording label which produces high-quality contemporary music.
