Richard Harris was book Dumbledore. Michael Gambon's Dumbledore wasn't consistent through the movies (not his fault, it was how he was directed). Under Cuarón he was a "hippie", under Newell he was angry, under Yates he quit wearing glasses altogether. Gambon was a movie-fied version of Dumbledore. 10.

But he gives off more of the kind/fatherly vibe of the character than Michael does. Ima have to go with Michael. When I read the books, I picture Michael and not Richard
