Thomas Pelham, 1 er baron Pelham de Laughton (1653 – 23 février 1712) est un homme politique whig anglais modéré et député de plusieurs circonscriptions. On se souvient mieux de lui en tant que père de deux premiers ministres britanniques ( Henry Pelham et le duc de Newcastle ) qui, à eux deux, ont servi pendant 18 ans comme premier ministre.
Charles Sackville Pelham, Lord Worsley was a British soldier. He was the son of Charles Pelham, 4th Earl of Yarborough and Marcia Pelham, Countess of Yarborough. On 31 January 1911, Lord Worsley married Alexandra Mary Freesia Vivian, daughter of Hussey Vivian, 3rd Baron Vivian and the former Louisa Alice Duff, and sister-in-law of General Haig.
Sir Thomas Pelham, 4th Bt (d. 1712), married in 1686 Lady Grace Holles, daughter of the 3rd Earl of Clare, and was created Baron Pelham in 1706. The 2nd Baron Pelham (1693-1768) succeeded to the Holles estates of his uncle the Duke of Newcastle in 1711 (see Pelham-Clinton, later Pelham-Clinton-Hope, Dukes of Newcastle), and was himself created Duke of Newcastle in 1715.

Henry Pelham FRS (25 September 1694 – 6 March 1754) was a British Whig statesman who served as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1743 until his death in 1754. He was the younger brother of Thomas Pelham-Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle , who served in Pelham's government and succeeded him as prime minister.

Thomas Pelham, 1st Earl of Chichester PC (28 February 1728 – 8 January 1805), known as the Lord Pelham of Stanmer from 1768 to 1801, was a British Whig politician. Background Pelham was the son of Thomas Pelham and his wife Annetta, daughter of wealthy merchant George Bridges (d.1714) of Pera, Constantinople by his wife Anetta, a local girl.
