Hace 2 días · As Lady Margaret, countess of Richmond and Derby and mother of Henry VII, she died in 1509. Her heir was her grandson Henry VIII. The manor remained with the Crown until 1528 when, with the hundred and borough, it was settled on Henry FitzRoy, duke of Richmond.

He was created Duke of Grafton in 1675, and Blisworth remained in the hands of his descendants until 1919, when most of the Northamptonshire estates of the Dukes of Grafton were sold.
