Sir Owen Tudor ( ca. 1400 — 2 de fevereiro de 1461) foi um nobre galês, assíduo na corte inglesa. Não tendo um papel politico relevante, é lembrado pela sua relação com a rainha Catarina de Valois, viúva de Henrique V de Inglaterra, e por ser considerado o fundador da casa de Tudor, como avô do rei Henrique VII de Inglaterra .
Owen Tudor was one of the bodyguards for the queen dowager Catherine of Valois, whose husband, Henry V, had died in 1422. Evidence suggests that the two were secretly married in 1428. Two sons born of the marriage, Edmund and Jasper , were among the most loyal supporters of the House of Lancaster in its struggle against the House of York.

Catherine had a secret relationship with Owen Tudor. Through this she became the grandmother of Henry VII of England. In May 1420, a peace treaty was made between England and France. Charles made Henry of England his heir. Catherine and Henry were married at the Parish Church of St John or at Troyes Cathedral on 2 June 1420.
