For instance, on page 344, Thompson writes, "On Sunday afternoon, television viewers watched their beloved Washington Redskins up in Yankee Stadium, receiving a 49 to 34 shellacking at the hands of the New York Giants."

15 de oct. de 2012 · Written by Stanley R. Greenberg and telecast on ABC in 1974, "The Missiles of October," which is now available on DVD and on YouTube, was a new type of full-length prime-time TV docudrama.
The Missiles of October is long and very old looking as tv movie from the 70's - but it is excellent, and the Cuban Missile Crisis is always worth seeing entertainment on film. Even though the crisis, in my view, was perfectly rehearsed plays by the Soviet Union.
