チャールズ・オルストン・コリンズ（Charles Allston Collins 、1828年 1月25日 – 1873年 4月9日）はイギリスの画家、イラストレーター、作家である。 1950年代まで「 ラファエル前派 」の画家たちの中で活動し、その後は文学活動に転じた。
Charles Allston Collins, né à Londres le 25 janvier 1828 et mort le 9 avril 1873 dans cette même ville, est un peintre, illustrateur et écrivain britannique associé au mouvement préraphaélique. Il est également le gendre du grand romancier britannique Charles Dickens.

Charles Collins war der Sohn des englischen erfolgreichen Landschaftsmalers William Collins (1788–1847) [1] und der jüngere Bruder des erfolgreichen Schriftstellers Wilkie Collins . Im Alter von 19 Jahren besuchte er die Schulen der Royal Academy, wo er Freundschaft mit William Holman Hunt und John Everett Millais schloss.

Charles Allston Collins, the youngest of the two children of the painter William John Thomas Collins (1788–1847), and his wife, Harriet Geddes Collins (1790–1868), was born on 25th January 1828 at Pond Street, Hampstead. His brother, Wilkie Collins, was born in 1824.
Gere 1994 Charles Allston Collins was the younger son of William Collins RA, in his day a successful painter of landscape and rustic genre. His elder brother was the novelist Wilkie Collins, and his middle name commemorates his father's friendship with the American painter Washington Allston.
