  4. 19 de feb. de 2011 · George Waldegrave, 5th Earl Waldegrave was born on 13 July 1784. 1 He was the son of George Waldegrave, 4th Earl Waldegrave and Lady Elizabeth Laura Waldegrave. 1,2 He died on 29 June 1794 at age 9 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England G, accidentally drowned in the Thames. 1

  5. Waldegrave was the youngest son of the 1st Earl Waldegrave. [1] [2] He joined the 1st Regiment of Foot in 1735, rising to the rank of captain in 1739. He became a lieutenant-colonel in the 3rd Regiment of Foot in 1743 and fought in 1745 at the Battle of Fontenoy, where he was wounded, during the War of the Austrian Succession. [1]
